Didnt deliver. We purchased a website with specific modifications. After a year they stopped responding to mails, phonecalls and ticket system. They ripped us off.

Great site. Offers templates with many features.
I have not see similar osCommerce template yet on any other sites.
Site navigation can be betrer :(

The look of the templates, and the fact that despite I had a ton of issues with both templates I purchased, they did at least respond and resolve most issues I had.
The massive amount of effort and number of tickets required to identify all of the usability bugs and get the resolved. Oh my goodness. This was a nightmare. They did fix 'most' of what I had problems with but it took a couple weeks of constant tickets. It seems they don't code things so that all functions of the admin continue to work properly, and there were multiple basic usability issues I had to have them address. I hope to find another template source in the future that better codes and tests their products.

I like templates and designs a lot. Support is very good
I want to see the price to be lower and more variety.

Not much
Poor quality templates, they didnt even know what template worked with what cart. I spent alot of time going back and forth until they finally realized the template was not corrct and then they made changes to fix it. Then I found more issues for them to fix. I finally asked for my money back which they refused. I am not using the template or cart because it is to much trouble and I dont have the time or knowledge to keep trying to get it to work

I used algozone.com for quite a while. As probably many of ecommerce service providers, I tried many other template guys and I made my choice.
I find AlgoZone the best choice.
Support is realy fast.
Great selection of templates.
I agree that templates can not cover all specific cases and you might have some tempalte modifications to do, This is expected and not a big deal. But reading what everybody post around about template companies, there are no good company out there.
I find it funny.

they have ecommerce templates with complex functionality, support is reliable and answer on tickets, not like other companies
the site navigation is so-so.

Nice looking tempates
Needed modification....though not a big deal. overall pretty good....but expensive for what you get.
