Customer support is lacking, I think he must be about 14 by his behavior. Rules are extremely restrictive. I would give support a zero if it had been an option - other companies far superior.

good templates, easy to use files, valid code, fast response.
want to see more powerpoint! the ones so far are fab!

nothing that I have access to because they don't give access immediately
My client found a template they wanted to use so I purchased their 3 month membership via paypal. 20 hours after payment, 2 support tickets 1 phone call to their unprofessional answering machine in Tampa Florida and still no access.

Large selection
Boxed art and built2go (same company) have a large selection of templates. however the scripts are buggy and when asked about them they say wait until verion 2. Which was 6 months ago. They have workarounds, but finding them is hard without any documentation. Trying to get someone to help you is impossible. They are not customer friendly at all. It is impossible to get someone to help you. I will wind up hiring a developer to finish the project their scripts were supposed to do for me. I would avoid at all costs! I have dealt with Kayla and Scout and Scout refuses to help you at all.

I like their selection
They are slow to activate subscriptions over 48hrs at the point of these remarks. Additionally they fave failed to respond to email to support for over 24 hours.

New designs are really nice, like the twitter backgrounds.
Did not like that you could not change items per page on their site, but they just added that feature last week, so I'm good now.

Some of the templates LOOK good in the pictures, but are complete trash when you download them.
I guess I like their preview thumbnails?
Their support is absolutely terrible. The only way to get a timely response at all is to threaten negative reviews. They refuse to refund you when their downloads are broken, and they just close your tickets when you request help.
This place is absolute garbage. Don't waste your money.... chances are you won't get what you paid for, and they'll just blow you off.
