LayoutsPack indeed provide what they offer:
website templates are split into 4 main types presenting 44 categories. You may download as many templates as you want. Changing the template's wordings, graphics and sometimes colors you get a new original design. This really helps if you have a bunch of low cost web design orders.
And as promissed, there are no hidden costs or extra charges for the new updates or something.
Not much templates types are currently presented: Flash, HTML, Flash animated & CSS - no eCommerce, CMS, etc.
